Rare confederate General Robert E. Lee signed CDV photo, with Mathew Brady backstamp on verso. Uncommon Brady photo when compared to the more frequently seen signed CDVs. Signed in black ink, ''R E Lee''. Carte de visite measures 2.375'' x 4''. Discreet moisture stain to right side also on verso, not  affecting General Lee's head in  photo or signature
, with mild wear, overall very good condition. Bold black and large signature. Comes in a thick magnetic acrylic block frame which can
