    WARNING #1:
CHOKING HAZARD--Small parts. Not for children under 3 years.
    WARNING #2:
LACERATION HAZARD--Sharp edges. The thin cardboard packaging (i.e., including the outer cardboard box and inner cardboard filling) for this product has surprisingly sharp edges and presents a risk of skin-cut
injury to the person opening the package. Do not let a child open the package by themselves, and maybe wear protective gloves when opening the package for a child. I am not describing my shipping box, here, but the actual product's packaging itself.
Personal Comments/Review: For modern-day safety reasons, the pegs are illuminated by relatively dim LEDs and so they do not appear as bright as they once did in earlier versions of this toy like "back in the day"--think 1960s or 1970s--when the pegs were lit up using a standard light bulb. If and when your child gets bored with this, you can always put the pegs in a clear glass jar on the window sill, which makes for a colorful suncatcher!
