Barbie's Dream House - Teenage Fashion Model - Mattel 1962 - Good Condition

Barbie's Dream House from 1962 by Mattel. Great retro design, colors and features.
Overall good condition.  The set does have wear and signs of use but is overall in solid shape.
Comes with furniture and accessories pictured.  Based on other pictures of the same set, some pieces are missing but the major items - bed, TV, couch, etc. - are present.
The bed is in good condition with a few scuffs - the feet tend to slip out but can be pushed back into place.
The couch has one leg that is folded backwards but could be secured with a piece of tape (I will leave that up to you) and another foot is worn down a bit, about 1/4 inch.
The console TV is missing a leg and another one is folded forwards.  It won't stand on its own but can be leaned up against the wall.  When the door is opened to the record player, there's a superficial tear in the paper on the back.
The smaller blue chair has leg that is folded forwards but can be pushed into place and it stands on its own.
The makeup chair has a tear on the right side above the right front leg.
I don't see any issues with the mirror, set of books, alarm clock or the ottoman.
The case itself is in great shape.  There is some wear around the edges and corners and there are a pair of eyes (I think) drawn in crayon on one side.  On the top, someone hand wrote "Johnson". Otherwise, the panels are clear and stain and damage free.
