    Description

    The date codes for these 250-sheet boxes are March and April 1981, the year I opened my own B&W darkroom. One box is sealed and weighs 8 lbs. 2 ozs.; the other has been opened and weighs 8 lbs. 0 ozs., meaning that it is apparently short a dozen or so sheets. As I recall, I made an early change to Polycontrast paper so I could use filters and still get decent prints from under- and overexposed negatives. I wish now that I'd used up my deep inventory of Kodabrome first, since this paper cost me plenty of $$$ way back when! This printing paper has been stored in a dry, windowless room where the year-round temperature ranges from 68 to 72 degrees F. Now that I've closed my darkroom and gone totally digital, this paper needs a new home. Happy printing!
