1930 Magic Lantern Slide Parliament Building Ottawa Canada unpublished photo.
This slide was found in collection of personal images by L. O. Overholts, professor of Botany at Penn State University. He traveled far and wide across the states studying and documenting his science of Mycology (mushrooms), forestry, trees, plants and their diseases. Wrote and published many books still used today at universities.
An absolutely beautiful image. Scanned properly this would make a great print. Used light table and took pictures with my phone.
Slide looks to have a slight lighting problem, looks like it was taken in a shadow. Still a very good vintage image. Zoom in on the image it shows details very nicely.
